Marble Glaze Cake step by step

  1. Firstly preheat the wok with wire stand and salt in it for 10 minutes at medium high flame..
  2. Grease the cake tin with butter paper in it..
  3. Now take a bowl add curd,powdered sugar and mix it well.Now add oil in it and mix it until it combines well.Now add vanilla essence in it and mix again..
  4. Now sieve the flour,baking powder and baking soda twice in an another plate..
  5. Now gradually add dry ingredients in a wet ingredients and fold it gently,if it looks dry add 2 tsp of milk (at room temperature).Now add white vinegar and mix it gently. It should be not so thick nor loose batter..
  6. Now pour this batter in a cake tin and bake it in a wok(kadhai) for 35 to 40 minutes at low flame. Or insert toothpick to check.If it comes out clean,then it is done.Now cool down it for 30 minutes.Then demould it..
  7. Now cut it in to three round slices and sprinkle water on a first layer and add whipped cream and repeat it on all layers.Now cover whole cake with whipping cream and smooth it properly.Now keep it in a refrigerator for 30 minutes..
  8. Now for glaze take a bowl add fresh cream and microwave it for 2 minutes and then add white chocolate in it and mix it till chocolate melts,now add liquid whipping cream and then add neutral gel and mix it well.Now sieve this whole chocolate..
  9. It should be flowing consistency,if it looks thick,then microwave it for 20 seconds. Then add liquid food colour of your choice.I added few drops of yellow,pink,blue,green in it..
  10. Now take out our chilled cake on a wire rack having pallete knife to lift the cake easily with plate under it to collect extra chocolate.Slowly pour the chocolate glaze on a cake from the top in a circular motion or randomly till all cake cover and let it remain on a wire rack for few minutes till all extra chocolate fall off..
  11. Now lift the cake carefully and keep it on the cake board.Keep it in a refrigerator for another 1 hour.Sprinkle some sprinklers or silver balls.And our delicious mirror glaze cake is ready to serve.Enjoy.
