- Boil water in a vessel add salt,oil and boil noodles for 6-7 minutes..
- Rinse the noodles under running water and add few drops of oil to avoid stickiness..
- Now for frying,heat the oil in a wok and add these boiled noodles and fry till light golden and crispy from both sides..
- Now for sauce take a wok, heat the oil,add ginger garlic and saute for a second, and now add sliced onion and all veggies and saute them for 1-2 minutes at high flame..
- Now add all sauces and saute it again for 1-2 minutes at high flame.And add salt and black pepper powder too.And mix it..
- Now add water,mix well and bring it to a boil.Now add water and cornstarch mixture and cook it until it thickens.Mix well..
